The concept of the Iridescent Events is inspired by combination of luminous colors that seem to change when seen from different angles, much like our company's energy and talent. The name of our company has meaning and purpose, similar to the connection we are seeking to have with our clients and their vision.

MEET THE TEAM
Hello! Ashlee here, Co-Founder and Lead Coordinator of Iridescent Events.
I love happy occasions. I love to encourage clients to add a piece of their own personalities and styles to their event. One of the things I love most about this process is the pleasure to witness the first few moments after the event has begun while they truly take it all in and soak up the moment.
I have 6 years of experience with weddings and events in California. My favorite of them all was a 2,500 person event that I produced leading to meeting my best friend and love of my life. My love of organization and planning has followed me forever and always carried over into my work. I am detail orientated, timely, and truly enjoy working with my clients. My goal is to see your plan through, managing your vendors, and work with your venue to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Hello! My name is Sean Sandoval and I am the co-founder of Iridescent Events. We created the IE brand as a creative, approachable, and personal production company that can bring any vision, no matter how big or small, to life.
From the young age of 16, I have been working within the events space to create memorable experiences for groups of only a few, up into the thousands. With a love for people, the music industry, and helping others see their ideas become reality, I truly have found my purpose and can honestly say I love my career.
When I am not curating your experiences, I am working at various music festivals, production manging at Coachella to tour management for recording artists like Nas and Miguel. With our network of talented professionals, preferred vendors, and years of hands-on experience, we are confident that we can bring all of your dreams to life.
